Stay alert for bears poster at Exit Glacier in Alaska
We can’t figure out if it was good that we didn’t notice this before hiking up to Exit Glacier or not.
I must say at first glance I was happy to see guidance for what to do in case of a bear in the area: don’t turn and run; talk to it and back away slowly; if a grizzly bear attacks you, play dead. But that last bit about if a “bear starts to eat you, fight back” was a stunner!
