We took a hike on Sunday to Manoa Falls. I had a cold which made the effort that much harder. I nearly gave up about half way through. The trail is only 0.8 miles, but the elevation is 800 feet, and increasingly steep, and increasingly rougher trail towards the end. But we persevered and were glad.
